travel_subsistence: amount (in dollars) of travel expenditures reimbursed during the fiscal year
base_salary: base salary
organization: larger umbrella organization under which the employee works
department: home department on campus
id: unique ID for each employee
position_simplified: professor position title simplified to groups such as associate and adjunct
